The estimated population of the borough at 30th June 2018 was 214,090. Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough is the second largest council in Northern Ireland in terms of population.
The population of the borough is expected to increase by 17.5% between 2018 and 2041. This compares to an increase of 6.5% for Northern Ireland overall over the same period.
District Electoral Areas
The borough is made up of seven District Electoral Areas (DEAs) the largest of which in terms of population is Lurgan, which is also the second highest populated DEA in Northern Ireland.
