The standardised residential property price in Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough in Q1 2023 was £154,738, a decrease of 0.5% on Q4 2022.
The five-year assessment for the borough for 2022-27 shows a need for an additional 1,101 units, with need greatest in North Lurgan, Banbridge and Armagh City.
