42.5% of domestic properties in the borough as at April 2022 were detached. According to the 2019/20 Continuous Household Survey, 45% of properties in the borough are owned outright while 32% are owned with a mortgage.
The standardised residential property price in Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough in Q1 2022 was £146,577, an increase of 4.7% on Q4 2021.
The five-year assessment for the borough for 2021-26 shows a need for an additional 820 units, with need greatest in North Lurgan, Banbridge and Armagh City.
