Good Relations

39.8% of respondents to the Northern Ireland Life and Times Survey in the borough for the combined years 2019, 2020 and 2021, believe that relations between Protestants and Catholics are better now than they were five years ago.

Crime

Following an decrease in recorded crime between 2019/20 and 2020/21, recorded crime increased in both the borough and Northern Ireland between 2020/21 and 2021/22 by 12.8% and 13.1% respectively.
