Our bookings portal replaces paper-based bookings with a quicker, more reliable system. It improves availability visibility, reduces errors, and provides a better service for all users.
Yes. Creating an account allows you to book rooms online, manage your bookings and receive confirmations.
Select “Sign-up” on the booking page and follow the simple registration steps. You’ll need your name, email address and a password.

Log in, choose your room, select a time and date and confirm your booking. Availability is shown in real time.
Yes. You can update or cancel your booking through your account
Please note that all bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation policy. Users are encouraged to review these before making a booking to understand any applicable notice periods or charges.
Yes. You’ll receive confirmation once the booking has been reviewed and accepted.
Yes. You can visit on-site and staff will support you by entering your booking into the system.
Yes. While staff can assist, having your own account is recommended so you can view and manage your bookings independently.
All bookings will now be managed through the booking system. Existing bookings will be transferred into the system.

AccessAble works in partnership with the Council to provide an access guide to over 190 public venues. A range of venues are included in the guide such as leisure centres, shops, hotels, restaurants, council buildings, community centres, places of worship and many more.
