Commemorative Memorial Licence Application for Council Owned lands (including Cemeteries)

Creating a lasting tribute to a loved one is a meaningful way to honour their memory.   For example, a tree or memorial bench provides a dedicated place for reflection within our cemeteries, parks and open spaces.

This page contains the information you need to apply for a memorial licence for a commemorative memorial, including guidance on selecting a location and understanding the application process.  We hope you find this guide informative and helpful as you consider this form of dedication.
