ABC Community Planning Partnership has launched its reviewed Connected Action Plan, setting out a renewed programme of action aimed at improving the quality of life for residents across the borough.
The review and action planning process has been led by the Chairs of the Community Planning Strategic Partnership and its sub-committees, involving a wide range of organisations from across the partnership, the Community and Voluntary Sector Panel, members of the ABC Seniors Network and the borough’s Youth Voice.
Developed in line with the borough’s Connected Community Plan, the reviewed action plan focuses on the three key themes of Community, Economy and Place. The plan now features 25 actions, 15 of which are new, reflecting the changing needs of society and the current challenges and opportunities facing local communities.
