The standardised residential property price in Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough in Q1 2026 was £184,745 an increase of 2.7% on Q4 2025.

The five-year assessment for the Borough for 2024-29 shows a need for an additional 1,622 units, with need greatest in North Lurgan, Portadown 2 and Banbridge Town.
