More than 1,500 people from across the borough and beyond came together to celebrate culture, community and creativity at this year’s Culture in the Park weekend.
For the first time, the popular event expanded to a three-day programme, with activities taking place in Armagh, Lurgan and Banbridge. From cultural heritage workshops and live performances to world food experiences, crafts and family-friendly activities, the weekend offered something for everyone.
The main event at Lurgan Park attracted large crowds who enjoyed a vibrant programme of music, dance and cultural showcases from around the world, creating a welcoming atmosphere that celebrated the rich diversity of the borough.
Culture in the Park was delivered by the Council’s Community Development and Good Relations Team and funded through the District Council Good Relations Programme under T:BUC.
