Local residents are warmly invited to come along for a friendly ‘Cuppa and a Chat’ at Gilford Community Centre on Thursday 11 June, between 4pm and 7pm.

This relaxed drop-in event is a chance to find out what’s happening locally and get helpful advice and support. Whether you’re interested in becoming more involved in your community, would like guidance on training or health matters, or simply want to raise any concerns about your neighbourhood, everyone is welcome.

On the day, you’ll have the opportunity to chat with officers from Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, along with a range of support organisations. They’ll be on hand to answer questions, listen to your ideas and point you towards useful services.

There will also be a chance to try something new, with free taster sessions in Tai Chi and Chair Yoga available. Spaces for these activities are limited, so early booking is recommended by contacting

No need to book for the main event – just drop in, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and have a chat in a welcoming and informal setting.
