We are increasingly being made aware of a scam where members of the public are receiving text messages relating to car parking tickets.
We do not text anyone in relation to any of our council operated car parks, any official correspondence will be issued from our car park enforcement agents – Marston Holdings Limited.
If you receive a text message related to car parking issues, please do not respond, however please report this to the council on 0300 0300 900 or email .
