A major resurfacing project which will enhance the facilities at Maghery Country Park is due to start on Wednesday 11 March.

The improvement works which are being funded by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council are expected to last two weeks.

The park will be closed to the public and all users of the park for the duration of the resurfacing works.

A spokesperson for ABC Council said: “This work is needed to enhance the experience for all visitors to the wonderful natural facility we have at Maghery Country Park and we look forward to the significant improvements which these resurfacing will bring. We appreciate the public’s patience while this work is carried out.”
