Deputy Lord Mayor, Cllr Jessica Johnston was delighted to meet local swimmer Oscar Black and his family to host a Civic Reception to mark the fantastic achievement of Oscar swimming the North Channel on 2nd July past to become the youngest person at age 15 ever to do so.
Oscar was joined by his family and his support swimmer Jessika Robson at Craigavon Civic and Conference Centre where he was congratulated by the Deputy Lord Mayor and also Councillor Kyle Savage and Cllr Peter Haire.
