Visitors to Gosford Forest Park are being advised of traffic management measures which have been put in place to allow for the installation of a new parking barrier at the facility.
Work to install the barrier began on Monday 5 October and it is expected to be completed within two weeks. During this period traffic management arrangements will be in operation.
The park will remain open as normal to visitors while this work is carried out.
The installation of this new barrier will replace the current payment hut at the entrance to the park and there will be no change to the parking costs at the popular park which is managed by Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon (ABC) Borough Council.
A spokesperson for ABC Council said: “It is still very much business as usual at Gosford Forest Park, we appreciate the patience shown by visitors and our regular users of the park, while this work is carried out.”
