Experience Development Programme 2020-21
The programme is designed to improve the attractiveness and bookability of Northern Ireland’s visitor experiences. It will assist tourism providers to market and sell their experiences through improved web provision given the market pressures within the post Covid environment. It will provide guidance to experience providers to enhance their website and provide financial assistance for necessary improvements thereto, including search engine optimisation, provision of the right content, and the use of the right tactics to capture sales.
Quality Grading Assessments & Statutory Inspections are currently postponed but the new certification process has opened for new applicants (30 July)
Assessments and Inspections (and any associated payments) will be postponed until further notice so that tourism businesses can focus on putting in place measures to protect their businesses.
