We have enlisted the help of a team of experts from within our own organisation – fitness instructors, sports coaches, recreation and health improvement officers – and teamed up with representatives from partner organisations such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Sport NI and Disability Sport NI who work with us in delivering physical exercise programmes to targeted groups – to share their skills and knowledge with a view to helping you nurture your whole self and maintain a healthy balance between your body, mind and soul.
