Drum Major Jorja Turkington adds South African Title

The Lord Mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, Alderman Stephen Moutray was delighted to welcome Champion Drum Major Jorja Turkington from Portadown to Craigavon Civic Centre for a Civic Reception to congratulate her on another successful season when she became Ulster, All Ireland and four time UK Drum Major Champion.

The Lord Mayor was joined by Cllr Peter Haire, Cllr Kyle Savage and Cllr Lavelle McIlwrath to mark Jorja’s successes.

A new title to add to her successes this year was South African Champion.
