Lord Mayor opens book of condolences for victims of Essex lorry tragedy

A book of condolences has been made available for people to sign following the deaths of 39 people in Essex.

Lord Mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, Councillor Mealla Campbell said, “The deaths of 39 people and the circumstances of their deaths are truly tragic and our deepest sympathies are with the victims’ families and communities.”

The book of condolences will be available to sign during normal office hours in the three main civic buildings, The Palace (Armagh), The Civic Building (Banbridge) and Craigavon Civic Centre.
