The Lord Mayor’s Evening of Christmas Praise proved to be a magical celebration of the season, filled with uplifting carols, inspiring music, and festive cheer – raising a fantastic £550 for Epilepsy Action NI and Evora Hospice Care.
Hosted by the Lord Mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, Alderman Stephen Moutray, the event took place on Wednesday 10 December at Craigavon Civic and Conference Centre, welcoming a wonderful audience who came together to share in the spirit of Christmas.
Guests enjoyed outstanding performances by Cantabile Choir, Lurgan Salvation Army Band, King’s Park Primary School Choir and talented pianist Ryan Harris. The evening also saw everyone join in traditional carols, creating a truly heartwarming atmosphere.
Thanking everyone for coming along and donating generously to his chosen charities, Lord Mayor Alderman Stephen Moutray commented:
“It was a joy to see so many people come together to celebrate the true spirit of Christmas while supporting these two incredible charities. Thank you to everyone who made the evening so special.”
