Dromore Park

Located on the edge of historic Dromore in close proximity to both the town centre and the A1 dual carriageway, the Town Park welcomes visitors keen to spend time in an historical biodiversity hotspot. Teeming with wildlife, Dromore Park offers a perfect opportunity to spot many different native species while walking alongside the peaceful River Lagan or through the natural woodland areas. Dromore Park plays host to events throughout the year, is an important educational tool utilised by local schools and is a popular fishing location.

Thrill seekers can spend their time cycling on the custom made pump track and children can burn off some energy in the play park. For a quieter adventure in Dromore Park you can visit the historic monuments such as the Pinnacle or the Mill Weir and read all about their history. The breath-taking Dromore Viaduct is a site that cannot be missed while visiting the Green Flag Award winning Park and the history of the market town is depicted on an art installation hand crafted by local residents of all ages.
