Portadown People’s Park and Lurgan Park set to host two outdoor cinema events this September!

In celebration of Good Relations Week, the free outdoor cinema makes a return to Portadown People’s Park and Lurgan Park, with the screening of two family favourites!

The fun-filled, movie magic weekend will begin on Friday 20 September, where Moana will take to the big screen at Portadown People’s Park. A treat for all the senses, laugh and sing along to Moana’s courageous and adventurous journey to save her people.

Next up, on Saturday 21 September, the funny and heart-warming Monsters Inc. will be showing at Lurgan Park. Kids and adults alike will delight in this firm family favourite and discover the softer, more adorable side of so-called scary monsters!

Come along wrapped up warm and be sure to take a blanket, beanbag or camping chair, then sit back, relax and enjoy each show starting at 7:30pm. Hot drinks, small snacks and popcorn can all be purchased on the night.

Everyone is welcome to these non-ticketed events. All children under the age of 16 must be supervised.

Organised through Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s Good Relations Action Plan, these events have been funded by The Northern Ireland Executive Office.
