Next Wednesday 3rd August is National Play Day and Portadown People’s Park is planning a fantastic afternoon of fun for families to enjoy some quality time together!

National Play Day is a celebration of children’s right to play and also aims to highlight the importance of play in children’s lives.

So for a fun day of activities and all for free come on down to the People’s Park where you will find the climbing wall, football, basketball, fun games, an inflatable assault course, bouncy castle, mini golf and rodeo bull!

Keep an eye out and you will also find some of your favourite superheroes, princesses and baddies throughout the day including Batman, Iron Man, Darth Vadar, Kylo Ren, Queen Elsa and Princess Anna – so have your camera ready!

Add to this balloon modelling, face painting and glitter tattoos as well as the fantastic play park on site and this is a day not to be missed.

All of this will take place on Wednesday 3rd August from noon until 4pm. See you there!
