1st Consultation on new leisure centre success

The first of six ongoing consultation days on the detailed design of the new £30 million leisure centre in Craigavon was a success and there’s still time to make your opinion count!.

Saturday saw park runners, members of the public and Brownlow Festival goers attend the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council consultation day with many taking the opportunity to see a fly through of the building, detailed drawings of the layout of the facility and photographs of the likely look of the finishes and equipment.  Everyone was really excited about the proposals and in general said “hurry up we can’t wait until it’s completed”.
