Bleary Business & Community Centre is a newly retrofitted building in the rural area of Bleary in Craigavon.
Managed by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council it provides facilities for creative businesses, community activity, workshops, events and training.
Situated in a central location it is a short driving distance from Lurgan, Banbridge, Portadown and Craigavon, the A1 Dual Carriageway and M1 motorway and access to public transport links.
Office, desk and workshop space is available for rent in a series of flexible options from permanent fulltime to hot desks. Packages designed to suit each individual business needs.

The buildings high end facilities make it an ideal venue to host presentations, training and networking events with free high speed broadband available as Wi-Fi throughout with a 60 inch smart screen TV.   All bookings include the use of the fully equipped kitchen, and on site car parking.

Businesses based in the Centre can benefit from the synergies of working with and alongside other creative entrepreneurs. They can share contacts, boosting attendance at launches or opening events. Partner up on projects allowing each other to grow as a company while upskilling in a competitive market.
Strong working relationships can be developed providing an array
of valuable service providers all from within the same building.
Working in the Centre allows for a business postal address and offers the facility of a dedicated land line. Businesses will also benefit from the support of Council led Business Development programmes and contribute to the development of a recognised hub for the Creative Sector.

Irish and Ulster Scots Voicemail Service

The Council now provides an Irish and Ulster Scots voicemail service for any member of the public who wishes to ring using these languages. Simply ring the Council and ask to be put through to the service.  You will then hear a voicemail message in that language and be asked to leave your message.  We will then have your message translated and a response sent.
